Three-Step Experience Guide
Preparation
Choosing the Right Dilator: Select the dilator size that is most suitable for your current comfort level and experience. If this is your first time using your dilators, start with the smallest one and gradually move to larger sizes as you become more comfortable.
Cleaning and Charging: Before and after each use, wash the dilator with warm water and mild soap. Ensure the dilator used is fully charged using the included USB cable.
Setting the Scene: Choose a private and quiet location where you feel at ease. Ensure the area is clean, pleasant, and free of interruptions. Create a relaxing atmosphere with soft lighting and soothing music.
Enhance Comfort: For optimal comfort, try lying on your back with a pillow under your pelvis, knees bent, and feet flat on the surface. Alternatively, lie on your side with a pillow between your legs. Adjust pillows and bedding to find a comfortable position for your body.
Mental Preparation: Spend a few moments focusing on your breath or practicing mindfulness. This can help you feel more relaxed and open to the experience.
Lubrication: Apply a generous amount of water based lubricant to both the selected dilator and your vaginal area. A towel may be useful for added comfort if needed.
Exploration and Comfort
External Stimulation: Turn on the dilator by pressing and holding the button. It will start at the lowest vibration setting. Gently hold the dilator against your external genital area to enhance blood flow, increase moisture, and relax your muscles. Apply gentle or firmer pressure around the vaginal opening if it feels comfortable. Move the dilator in circular motions around the external area and vaginal opening, stopping at areas that provide the most comfort or relief. Allow a few minutes for this part, and experiment with the three intensity levels and seven vibration patterns by pressing the button briefly. Begin with the lowest intensity and gradually increase to find the setting that feels most comfortable for you. If you experience discomfort, adjust the pressure or vibration settings to a more comfortable level. Before proceeding to internal insertion, it is recommended to switch to the lowest vibration setting. Alternatively, you can also use the dilator without vibration or turn off the vibration at any time during your session by pressing and holding the button until the vibration stops.
Insertion: Take a deep breath, and as you exhale, gently insert the dilator into your vagina with the curved end facing upwards. This helps you relax and prepares your body. It is okay if only part of the dilator is inserted during your session. Focus on what feels right for you. There is no need to deepen the insertion or perform movements if you do not feel ready. Proceed at your own pace, and maintain your comfort and relaxation throughout the process. Over time, consider trying stronger vibrations and additional patterns, increase session length, try larger trainers, and explore deeper insertion as you become more comfortable.
Movement Options: After insertion, you may choose to leave the dilator in place inside your vagina, allowing you to focus on the soothing vibrations. Use deep breathing to enhance relaxation and comfort during this time. Alternatively, you may explore gentle movements, such as slow circular or rocking motions. These different movements can help stimulate and relax your muscles in various ways. You might find it helpful to synchronize your breath with the motions—inhale as you move and exhale as you release tension—or simply focus on relaxed, deep breathing. Take your time to experiment with what feels best for your body. Once you feel ready to end the session, gently pull the dilator out slowly and carefully, continuing to breathe deeply to help relax your muscles.
Routine and Post-Use Care
Establishing a Routine: Integrate the dilators into your regular schedule. Choose specific days and times for consistent practice. Aim to incorporate the dilators into your routine consistently, as regular use is key to achieving the best results.
Tracking Progress: Keep a journal of your experiences and progress. This can aid in motivation and self-awareness.
Duration and Frequency: Start with sessions of 5-10 minutes and gradually increase as you become more comfortable. Aim for 3-5 sessions per week, or as recommended by your healthcare provider.
Cleaning and Storage: After each use, clean the dilator with warm water and mild soap. Dry thoroughly and store in a clean, dry place, such as the included satin pouch or a similar box.

Professional Support: For personalized guidance, consider consulting a pelvic floor physical therapist or sexual wellness expert.
Safety and Proper Use
Before Each Use: Ensure the dilator is clean, intact, and not damaged.
Charging Instructions: Gently insert the charging pin into the port until you feel resistance. The rubber will stretch open to accommodate the pin, which may be a snug fit. For the larger dilator, the pin will fully enter the port, while for the medium and smallest dilators, part of the pin will remain outside. During charging, the power button indicator will blink, and once the dilator is fully charged, the light will remain steady. For safety, do not use or wash the dilator while it is charging.
Lubricant Safety: If you have concerns about allergies or skin reactions, test the lubricant on a small area of skin before full use.
Personal Use and Device Compatibility: The dilators are intended for individual use only. Do not share with others and keep out of reach of children. Avoid using the dilators with additional inserted devices.
Avoiding Overuse: If you experience discomfort, take a break and reduce the intensity when resuming. If discomfort persists or worsens, or if you have any medical concerns, stop using the trainers and seek professional advice to ensure your well-being.
